Packed within 1 to 2 business days and sent by Canada Post from Fredericton, New Brunswick. Shipping is free anywhere in Canada. A tracking number is emailed as soon as the parcel is scanned.
I also ship to the United States for a $10 CAD flat rate, free on orders of $120 CAD or more. US parcels may attract duties or fees set by US customs on delivery.
Returns and the 14-day guarantee
30 days from delivery to send it back for a full refund. Trying it on is not “worn”. I expect you to put it on your wrist before deciding.
14 days from delivery for a straight replacement if it arrives faulty or stops working on its own.
I cover return shipping if the watch is faulty, damaged in transit, or the wrong one. You cover it if you simply changed your mind. Get in touch through the contact page with your order number to start.

The watch, a bracelet sizing tool so you can remove links yourself without paying a jeweller, and a thank-you card.
No presentation case and no certificate. I'd rather keep that cost out of the price.
Sizing and fit
Each watch's specs list the largest wrist it fits.
The steel bracelet is link-adjustable and ships with the sizing tool you need. Most wrists are handled by removing one to three links, which takes about five minutes.
