Where do you ship?
Canada and the United States. Shipping is free anywhere in Canada. US orders are a $10 CAD flat rate, free on orders of $120 CAD or more. You see the exact amount before you pay.
What currency are your prices in?
Prices are set in Canadian dollars (CAD). US customers are shown prices in USD at checkout.
Can I return a watch?
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to send a watch back for a full refund, as long as it comes back undamaged with the caseback film and any spare links. Trying it on is fine. Message me with your order number and I will send the return address and instructions. Full details are in the refund policy.
What if my watch arrives damaged or it is the wrong item?
Message me within 7 days of delivery with a photo and I will make it right: replacement or full refund, your choice.
How do I know my payment is secure?
Checkout is handled entirely by Shopify, the same payment platform used by millions of stores worldwide. I never see or store your card details.
Do you restock sold-out models?
I buy in small batches and some colours sell out. Ask about a model you want and I will tell you whether it is coming back.
