Every order is packed by hand in Fredericton, New Brunswick and sent by Canada Post.

Where I ship

Canada and the United States.

Processing time

Orders are packed and handed to Canada Post within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on a weekend or a holiday go out on the next business day.

Shipping cost

Canada: Free standard shipping on every order. United States: $10.00 CAD flat-rate standard shipping (shown in USD at checkout), free on orders of $120 CAD or more, based on your order total after any discount code. You will see the exact shipping amount before you pay. Nothing is added afterwards.

Delivery time

Delivery times depend on your destination. Inside Canada, recent parcels to New Brunswick and Quebec arrived 1 to 3 business days after drop-off. Farther away takes longer: Canada Post's own estimate for a regular parcel going across the country is 4 to 10 business days. US orders usually arrive in 6 to 12 business days. Canada Post can be slower than usual in December and during service disruptions. I will keep you posted if a parcel stalls.

Tracking

You will get a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel is scanned by Canada Post. If you have not received one within three business days of ordering, email me.

United States orders, duties and customs

US orders ship from Canada and cross the border. Duties, taxes, or brokerage fees may be charged by US customs on delivery. These are set by US authorities, are not collected by me, and are the customer's responsibility.

I declare the contents and value of every parcel accurately. I cannot mark an order as a gift or under-declare its value.

Wrong address

Please check your address before you pay. If a parcel is returned to me because the address was wrong or undeliverable, I will refund the item but not the original shipping cost, and reshipping will be charged again. If you spot a mistake right after ordering, email me straight away. If it has not shipped yet, I can fix it.

Lost or damaged in transit

If tracking shows your parcel as delivered but it is not there, or it arrives damaged, email me within 7 days of delivery. I will open a claim with Canada Post and sort out a replacement or refund.
