These terms cover your use of bartlett1954.ca and any order you place with us. By placing an order you agree to them. They are written in plain language on purpose.

Who we are

Bartlett 1954 is a small retail business operating from Fredericton, New Brunswick, Canada. Contact: Bartlett_1954@hotmail.com.

What we sell

We sell quartz wristwatches that we select and stock. We are a retailer, not the manufacturer. The watches carry their manufacturer's markings and we make no claim to have designed or built them.

Orders and pricing

All prices are shown in Canadian dollars unless your region displays another currency at checkout. Prices and availability can change at any time before you place an order.

Stock counts on the site reflect what is physically on our shelf. If something sells out between your order and our packing it, we will contact you and refund you in full.

We try hard to describe and photograph every watch accurately. Colours can render differently between screens. If a watch is not what you expected, our 30-day return policy covers you.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, including where a price has been listed in error or where an order appears fraudulent. If we cancel, you are refunded in full.

Payment

Payment is processed by Shopify Payments and the other providers shown at checkout. We do not see or store your full card details.

Shipping, returns and guarantee

These are set out in full in our shipping policy and refund policy, which form part of these terms. In short: we ship from Fredericton by Canada Post to Canada and the United States, you have 30 days from delivery to return a watch for a full refund, and 14 days from delivery for a replacement if it arrives faulty.

Warranty and liability

Our 14-day replacement guarantee covers manufacturing faults. It does not cover accidental damage, water damage, scratches, or normal battery life.

Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under applicable consumer protection law, including the New Brunswick Consumer Product Warranty and Liability Act. Where the law gives you a right, that right stands regardless of what is written here.

Beyond those rights, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Using this site

The text and photographs on this site are ours. Please do not copy them for another store. You may share links freely.

Do not use the site to break the law, to interfere with how it runs, or to scrape it at volume.

Discount codes

Promotional codes are limited to one use per customer unless stated otherwise, cannot be combined, have no cash value, and can be withdrawn at any time. Codes already applied to a completed order are honoured.
